15:00 – 16:00 Dance Rally I | Pyynikkisali, Tampere Conservatoire. Tickets €12 / €8 / €5 or Sottiisi Pass. 
Folk dance showcase for children and youth groups. 

16:30 – 17:30 Pispala Sottiisi 2024 Opening Ceremony | Laikunlava. Free admission.
The Pispala Sottiisi 2024 folk dance ensemble Nuorisoseura Motoran Vinhakat and international performing groups will kick off the festival weekend.

18:00 – 19:00 Let's Rock It – Children's Opening Night | Tampereen yhteiskoulun lukio. Admission with Sottiisi Pass only.
Children's music orchestra Orffit will set the rhythm for songs, games, and dances for Sottiisi participants.

19:00 – 24:00 Viiskauttaviis – Let's Dance! | Tullikamarin Pakkahuone. Tickets €20 / €15 / €10 or Sottiisi Pass.
Vinhakat and folk music ensemble 5/5 join forces for a concert. Also featuring Motora folk dance groups, Southern Vakka Youth Night and international performing groups. Dance and music jams led by 5/5 and Rälläkkä.

Admission with Sottiisi Pass only. No one stays seated at these parties!

Featuring Southwest Finland Vakka and Southern Vakka. Polka by Message in a Bottle! and folk dance party.

Sunday, June 16, 2024 

14:00 – 15:30 I Love Tanhu! - Pispala Sottiisi 2024 Main Celebration | Pyynikin urheilukenttä. Tickets €15 / €10 / €5 or Sottiisi Pass. Family ticket €30 (two adults and two children under 16). 
Folk dancers and musicians' joint performances. Northern Vakka, Southern Vakka, Southwest Finland Vakka, Northern Vakka, Southeastern and Karelian Vakka. The main celebration will also feature international performing groups.

TICKETS AND ADVANCE TICKET SALES 

Concert Tickets Tickets for concerts can be purchased in advance or at the door half an hour before the event starts.

  • Reduced price (5-10 €) for 3-16 year olds.
  • Reduced price (8–15 €) for pensioners, students, unemployed individuals, and military or civilian service personnel. 
  • Children under 3 years old have free entry to the events. 
  • Some events are only for participants and can only be accessed with a pre-booked Sottiisi pass.
  • Advance Ticket Sales Tickets for Tanssiralli and the main celebration can be purchased from the Youth Association's ticket shop (puoti.nuorisoseurat.fi).
  • Tanssiralli (I-V). Pyynikkisali, Tampere Conservatory I love tanhu! The main celebration of Pispala Sottiisi, Pyynikki sports field 
  • Tickets for concerts at Tullikamarin Pakkahuone can be purchased from Tiketti. Note: A service fee from Tiketti (2.50-3.50 euros) will be added to the price of advance tickets for events at Tullikamarin Pakkahuone.
